The Process
Planning
Specification and plan review, budget review and analysis, implement project goals and timeline.
Procurement
Work with Designer and Developer on approvals to procure goods for project, negotiate bottom line pricing and ensure deadlines can be met, issue and process purchase orders and vendor payments.
Receiving and Delivery
Track and ensure goods are received on time and in good condition. Ensure all goods are inventoried and stored for delivery and installation.
Installation
Manage delivery and installation, ensure team on-site to ensure all successfully placed and installed according to plan. Resolve outstanding issues.
Post Project Maintenance
At client’s request we can provide an additional service to handle day to day needs, warranty issues, and product maintenance for a designated period of time.
